How Do I Tell If She Likes Me?

Many guys are completely lost when it comes to guessing if a woman is interested in him. You do not know what she is thinking. She might be treating you as a good friend, or just being friendly. Before you embarrass yourself in front of her (worse still, in front of her friends), here are some indications that she might be interested in you. You would surely want to leave a good first impression.

1. Ask her friends. Girls like to share secrets among themselves. If you happen to know her best friend, try and find out if she is interested in you. You can also create opportunities to meet her by hanging out with her clique.

2. Chatty in your presence. If a woman starts to talk beyond general topics, it is a good sign she could be interested. You should sit up when she starts talking about herself, such as her likes & dislikes, the man of her dreams, her hobbies, the friends she hang out with, her strong points, etc. It's all about getting your attention and looking good in your books.

3. Smiles & laughter. They laugh at your jokes or just about anything you say. Everything about you seems funny. It is a good indication that she enjoys your company. If she never smiles, looks bored or gives the go-away-smile, it's time to pack your stuff.

4. Eye-contact. This is probably the easiest way. Her eyes will give everything away. If she is interested in you, her eyes will be so focused on you that you thought you were Brad Pitt. She will appear to stare blankly at you and nod to whatever you say. However, this does not apply to girls who are shy. Shy girls try not to look at you in the eyes, because they are not sure if the same feeling will be reciprocated.

5. Physical contact. This is especially true for girls in their teens. If they like you, they will poke you or tap you gently to get your attention. Teen girls can also be mean to you e.g. making fun of you when you do something silly. As for women, look out for their body posture. If her face or her body (in general) is pointing towards you, this is a good sign. If her body is pointing away from you, she is probably uncomfortable in your presence.

6. Other means of contact. You will receive phone messages all day long, with stuff like "good morning", "what are you doing?", "how are you?", "kinda thinking of you", "sweet dreams", etc. She will also 'bug' you on MSN and chat just about anything under the sun.
